Role Description (JD):

As an MBA Intern at Absoft Solutions, you will gain hands-on exposure to real business operations in the IT & Software industry. You will work closely with senior team members across sales, marketing, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in lead generation, market research, and client outreach activities.
• Support the sales and business development team with follow-ups and documentation.
• Help in preparing proposals, presentations, and basic reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand workflows and customer requirements.
• Maintain records of activities, leads, and daily tasks.
• Learn about Tally Software, IT services, and B2B business processes.

Who Can Apply? (Requirements):

• MBA students (Marketing / Sales / Operations / Business Analytics preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Comfortable working in an on-site office environment.
• Candidates who can easily commute to Dombivli / Kalyan will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and presentations is an advantage.
