Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an MBA HR & Sales professional located at our Varanasi office. The role involves managing and implementing HR policies, overseeing personnel management, and handling employee benefits. The individual will also be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, and achieving organizational sales targets while ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR), including HR Management, HR Policies, and Employee Benefits
• Experience in Personnel Management and effective team leadership
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies to meet targets
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting
• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), with a focus on Human Resources or Sales
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage
