MBA Faculty – Human Resource Management (HRM) Specialization

Job Description:

Gyansarover Vidyapeeth is looking for a passionate and qualified MBA Faculty specializing in Human Resource Management (HRM). The ideal candidate will have a strong academic foundation, relevant teaching or industry experience, and a commitment to student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach MBA-level courses in Human Resource Management, including subjects like Organizational Behavior, Talent Management, HR Analytics, Industrial Relations, etc.
• Develop and deliver engaging lessons, case studies, and project work in accordance with the syllabus.
• Evaluate and assess student performance through assignments, exams, and projects.
• Mentor students on academic and professional matters.
• Participate actively in research, contributing to academic publications and presenting at conferences.
• Collaborate with industry professionals to arrange guest lectures, internships, and live projects.
• Contribute to academic administrative tasks, including committee participation and curriculum development.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification.
• 2-5 years of teaching or industry experience in HRM.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
