Role Overview

As a Subject Expert & Program Lead

Your responsibilities will include:

• International Boards

  : Teaching IB, IGCSE, CBSE, and ICSE curricula with unique pedagogy

• Olympiads & Challenges

  : Training for national and International competitions

• Standardised Tests

  : Preparing students for subject-based aptitude and admission exams.

• Content Development

  : Designing rigorous, structured, and student-friendly materials

Candidate Profile

• Master’s degree in the subject preferred (minimum: Graduate with proven teaching experience)
• Strong subject expertise in their subject
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
• Confident, energetic, growth-oriented, and student-centric mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• Comprehensive Training

  : 2 months (compensated)

• Post- Training-

  : ₹6,00,000 CTC annually + performance-based incentives

• Work Hours

  : ~60 hours/week (6 days). Yes its intense but you'll love it !
