Material Resource Planner

As a Material Requirement Planning (MRP) Specialist at Nestl, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the availability of materials to meet production plans while maintaining stock cover targets. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating an optimized replenishment plan for raw and packaging materials over an 18-month horizon to support production needs and meet working capital targets, minimizing waste. - Monitoring supply signals through MRP purchase requisitions, verifying delivery dates, lead times, and quantities, and generating purchase orders to ensure supplier fulfillment. - Managing material delivery with suppliers, including creating, confirming, receiving, and addressing any errors or discrepancies, along with handling exceptions and claims management. - Defining stock policies and management approaches for each SKU in the portfolio. - Identifying practical issues related to material supply and demand for raw and packaging materials. - Cultivating strong supplier relationships and engaging them in Supply Chain improvement initiatives for mutual benefit.
