Material Requirement & Procurement Planning Manager

About the Role

MRP Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead
Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
to align raw material & packaging needs with production schedules.
Manage
end-to-end procurement planning
with vendors to ensure uninterrupted availability.
Monitor
inventory levels
, avoiding both shortages and excess stock.
Collaborate with
Production, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain
teams for seamless operations.
Negotiate with suppliers on
lead times, delivery schedules, and cost efficiency
.
Drive
process improvements
to optimize working capital, reduce wastage, and enhance supply reliability.

What Were Looking For

5 to 8 years experience
in Procurement / MRP / Supply Chain (FMCG or Food industry preferred).
Strong working knowledge of
MRP systems, SAP/ERP platforms, and advanced Excel
.
Proven skills in
vendor management, negotiation, and cost optimization
.
Ability to handle
fast-moving, seasonal demand cycles
with agility.
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to think strategically.
