Material Planner (Shift Management)

Role Overview: As a Material Planner (Shift Management), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely availability of materials necessary for production and operations while effectively managing inventory levels. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain material plans based on production schedules and inventory levels. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability and address supply chain issues promptly. - Monitor inventory levels closely and conduct inventory reconciliation to minimize excess and shortages effectively. - Implement EO Changes based on stock availability in the production line. - Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of materials. - Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency in material planning and inventory management. - Supervise shift operations related to material handling and uphold safety standards compliance. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. - Demonstrated experience in material planning or supply chain operations. - Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve material-related challenges. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration with team members and suppliers. - Familiarity with inventory management software and tools. - Knowledge of production processes and manufacturing environments. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently. - Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.,
