Material Handler

Job Description: You will report to and receive assignments, instructions, and direction from the Foreman or General Foreman. Your main responsibilities will include reading and interpreting instructions and procedures, loading, unloading, and moving materials within or near the plant, yard, or work site. You may move materials manually or using equipment such as a handtruck, electric dolly, conveyor, or crane. Additionally, you will be expected to complete records, maintain tools and equipment, and perform various clean-up and housekeeping activities. It is crucial to observe and follow all safety rules and procedures, including wearing the required personal safety equipment. You will also be required to perform other duties and activities as directed.
