About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Master Trainer to lead AI and digital literacy capacity-building programs for school educators. You’ll train teachers on AI, coding, and Microsoft digital tools, mentor Assistant Coaches, and ensure smooth adoption of AI curriculum across schools.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Training of Trainers (ToTs) and workshops on AI, coding (Python/Scratch), and digital tools.
• Mentor Assistant Coaches and support educators in using Microsoft platforms (MSLE, Teams, OneNote).
• Develop and customize training content and teaching aids.
• Track training outcomes, gather feedback, and prepare reports.
• Promote AI readiness in schools aligned with NEP 2020 and Microsoft AI Skilling frameworks.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or STEM fields.
• 5+ years of experience in teacher training, EdTech, or digital literacy initiatives.
• Certification in AI, Python, Scratch, or Microsoft tools preferred.
• Fluent in English; willingness to travel across states.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and mentoring skills.
