Job Summary

The Master Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing the master production schedule to ensure efficient resource utilization, timely delivery, and alignment with customer demand. This role acts as a key link between sales, production, procurement, and inventory management to balance supply and demand effectively.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Production Planning:

• Create and manage the master production schedule based on demand forecasts, capacity, and material availability.

• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure schedule feasibility and execution.

• Demand & Capacity Management:

• Analyze demand trends and adjust schedules accordingly.

• Monitor production capacity and identify bottlenecks or constraints.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts.

• System & Data Management:

• Maintain scheduling data in ERP/MRP systems.

• Generate reports and KPIs related to schedule adherence, lead times, and capacity utilization.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with sales, operations, procurement, and quality teams to align production plans with business goals.

• Participate in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) meetings.

• Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
