Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (preferred). Prior experience in scheduling, workforce coordination, or operations support is an asset. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling last-minute scheduling changes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and scheduling/CRM software. Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision. Work Schedule Remote position based in India .
