Master of Social Work Intern

We are looking for motivated MSW Interns to support our healthcare and community outreach activities. The intern will be involved in patient interaction, telecalling, feedback and reference collection, and coordination with clinic staff and management. This role provides hands-on exposure to healthcare social work, communication, and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make telecalling to patients for appointment follow-ups, service updates, and awareness programs
• Collect patient feedback to assess service quality and satisfaction
• Gather references and referrals from patients and community contacts
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, clinic staff, and office team for smooth operations
• Assist in patient support, counseling coordination, and guidance services
• Maintain proper records and reports of calls, feedback, and references collected
• Support community outreach and awareness activities when required
• Help in documentation and basic administrative tasks

Requirements:

• MSW student (Social Work – Medical/Psychiatric/Community specialization preferred)
• Good communication skills in English and local language
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
• Willingness to interact with patients and the public
• Good coordination and interpersonal skills
