Master Mixologist

Job Role & Responsibilities:

1. Creative Beverage Development:

• Design and develop innovative cocktails, mocktails, and signature drinks.
• Experiment with flavors, ingredients, and presentation styles to enhance guest experience.

2. Menu Planning:

• Create and update the beverage menu according to seasons, trends, and customer preferences.
• Ensure the balance between classic and contemporary offerings.

3. Quality Control:

• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all beverages.
• Oversee preparation standards and hygiene practices at the bar.

4. Training & Supervision:

• Train bartenders and bar staff on mixology techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
• Supervise bar operations to ensure smooth workflow and professional conduct.

5. Inventory & Cost Management:

• Manage bar inventory, ordering, and stock rotation.
• Monitor beverage costs and wastage to maintain profitability.

6. Guest Engagement:

• Interact with guests to recommend drinks and explain unique ingredients or preparation styles.
• Create a welcoming and interactive bar experience.

7. Event & Promotion Support:

• Curate beverage selections for events, tastings, or promotions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for themed nights and brand tie-ups.

8. Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure adherence to all licensing laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹51,882.68 per month
