The candidate should have sailed as a Master Mariner and should have 4-5 years of shore-based experience in port operations, surveys, inspections, or port captaincy.
Must be able to effectively manage people and external agencies. Must be able to enforce cost effectiveness, customer satisfaction, problem solving, compliance, claim prevention, operational safety standards, and team management, monitoring and control of all operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Must possess excellent written and oral communication.
