- Design and implement MDM architecture to manage and maintain master data across various domains.
- Collaborate with business analysts and data stewards to gather and document data requirements. - Develop data models, workflows, and processes for data integration, cleansing, and governance. - Define data quality metrics and establish processes to ensure data integrity and reliability. - Lead the evaluation and selection of MDM tools and technologies that align with business needs. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members on MDM best practices. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to MDM and data management.
- Work closely with business analysts, data stewards, integration teams, application architects, and project managers.
- Leading the development of data models, identifying key data entities and relationships to create a unified view of master data. - Collaborating with IT and business teams to integrate MDM solutions with existing systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms.
- Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices, along with experience in data quality and data integration processes.
