About the Role:

Manager – Master Data Management

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creation, update, and maintenance of customer master data in compliance with global standards.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple systems.
Analyse and resolve data inconsistencies and quality issues.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to address data requirements.
Drive training programs for new users on data governance tools and processes.
Maintain documentation for data management processes and ensure compliance with record retention policies.
Support audits and lead data quality initiatives.
Manage projects related to data governance and system enhancements.
Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Generate reports and present findings to senior stakeholders.

Your Profile:

8–10+ years of experience in Master Data Management or Data Governance.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in SAP MDG or similar data management tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of global data standards and compliance requirements.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
