MarTech Automation Lead

As a Marketing Automation Lead in the global MarTech team, you will play a crucial role in driving innovative solutions across Marketing functions, focusing on streamlining workflows, automating processes, and campaigns for Max, the flagship streaming service. Your responsibilities will include supporting marketing operations for subscription acquisition and CRM retention marketing through backend solutions, harnessing consumer data, enabling marketing platform integrations, and contributing to cutting-edge marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Implementing and designing data-intensive solutions - Working with various cloud solutions and designing architecture - Utilizing different database technologies - Contributing to building back-end services and APIs - Ensuring reliable, high availability, and cost-efficient solutions - Designing and implementing data lake solutions - Producing efficient technical documents - Working with Infra as code and building CI/CD pipelines - Participating in building alerting and monitoring services - Implementing and performing different types of testing (Unit, Integration) Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field - 8+ years of technical and software development experience - 4+ years of experience with databases like DynamoDB and MongoDB - 5+ years of experience with AWS and cloud engineering principles - Solid experience with NodeJS and TypeScript - Proficiency in fundamental Cloud design Architecture - Experience with unit testing and integration testing tools - Familiarity with DevOps work and building CI/CD pipelines - Working in an agile/scrum environment - Excellent verbal communication and teamwork skills - Fluent in English for all communication and deliverables Note: The company's guiding principles are available at www.wbd.com/guiding-principles/.
