As a Data & Analytics professional in the Logistics & Freight Forwarding industry, your primary responsibility will be to lead the modernization of legacy systems into scalable, cloud-based data frameworks. Furthermore, your role will involve building and mentoring a high-performing data team comprising analysts, scientists, and architects. Encouraging experimentation and fostering innovation will be integral to driving continuous improvement and growth within the team. To excel in this position, you should possess 10-12 years of experience in Data & Analytics roles with a track record of successful modernization project delivery. Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, data lakes, and cloud warehouses (AWS, Azure, Snowflake) is essential. Strong business acumen, stakeholder engagement skills, and exposure to machine learning and data governance tools are highly desirable qualities for this role.
