Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Global Marketing team, supporting both Demand Generation and Sales. This role focuses on managing and optimizing our marketing automation platform (Marketo), maintaining the quality of data in Salesforce, and ensuring leads are accurately routed and tracked. The Analyst will play a key role in helping the marketing and sales teams execute high-impact campaigns and generate qualified pipeline. This is a growth opportunity for someone looking to become a true Marketo expert while gaining hands-on experience in a global B2B environment. A strong focus of the role will be identifying and implementing automation opportunities to streamline and scale current database management processes and tasks.

Role & responsibilities

  • Set up and manage Marketo engagement programs and streams in Marketo; execute A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Leverage Munchkin V2 tracking to retain anonymous engagement data, enabling robust lead profiling and scoring prior to user identification
  • Set up and refine lead scoring system by using merged activity datasets to enhance qualification accuracy and drive more targeted campaign execution
  • Create automated Marketo programs to re-engage inactive leads and conduct churn analysis by evaluating behavioral trends and historical campaign data
  • Work closely with our Marketo analysts to manage platform operations: campaign builds, list uploads, database hygiene, and CRM integration
  • Support the sales team by managing lead assignment logic and ensuring accurate, timely routing of leads
  • Maintain Salesforce data quality: deduplication, data standardization, appending contact and firmographic details
  • Conduct secondary research to enrich database records with verified information
  • Run basic Salesforce reports to support marketing campaign tracking, sales alignment, and list building
  • Collaborate with demand generation team to segment audiences and support email and digital marketing initiatives
  • Identify and implement automation solutions for database management and marketing operations processes
  • Ensure adherence to data governance and privacy compliance standards

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3-5 years advanced hands-on experience in Marketo: engagement programs, lead scoring, lead lifecycle, CRM integration,
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM Lightning (minimum 3 years) : lead/contact management, reporting, creating dashboards, and campaign setup
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and conditional formulas
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing operations and sales processes desired
