About the Role
We're looking for a versatile Content Writer who will focus on growing our agency’s brand. You will be a part of our Business Development team and focus on driving business. The role is a blend of content writing and marketing strategy. As part of the opportunity, you get to hone your skills as a writer across formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Writing Content Across Channels: Website Blogs, Landing Pages, LinkedIn, Newsletters, Ad Copy, etc.
• Publishing: Ensuring content is timely published across all platforms while adhering to the best practices.
• Developing Content Strategy: Identify opportunities across mediums to develop strategies that improve our brand visibility, brand authority and generate leads.
• Pitch Decks: Support the BD & Marketing team to create Pitch Strategies as and when needed.
• Analysis & Optimization: Develop periodical performance reports and analyse to identify opportunities to improve on strategies.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with BD/marketing, design, content and tech teams to align messaging with overall brand goals and campaigns.
• BD Research: Conducting research to identify new markets to explore, assist with performance marketing & lead gen strategies, research for sales & pitch strategies, etc.
• Adhering to Brand Guidelines: Ensuring content always adheres to the brand’s tone of voice, style of writing and strategies are always in sync with brand’s objectives.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in content writing or strategy roles across different content formats.
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Excellent editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
• A marketing bent of mind with a blend of both creative and analytical thinking.
• Proven experience producing SEO-optimized articles and using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Clearscope.
• Knowledge of analytics platforms like Google Analytics or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with LLMs and concepts such as AEO and GEO.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
