Marketing Travel Industry

As a Marketing Executive/Manager in the travel and tourism industry, you will be responsible for leading and executing marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, enhance brand awareness, and boost revenue growth. Your role will involve developing and implementing marketing strategies for both B2C and B2B audiences, planning seasonal and promotional campaigns, and managing digital marketing initiatives such as SEO, SEM, social media ads, and email marketing. You will collaborate with various partners including airlines, hotels, tourism boards, and influencers to create co-branded promotions and marketing tie-ups. Working closely with content creators and designers, you will ensure the production of high-quality marketing materials that align with the brand's messaging and identity. Additionally, you will conduct market research, analyze competitors, and track campaign performance using analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Your key skills should include a strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, experience in the travel industry, excellent communication and storytelling abilities, and proficiency in analytics tools and CRM systems. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or tourism sector, is required. Familiarity with destination marketing would be considered a plus. This is a full-time permanent position that offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund.
