Marketing Trainee

As a Marketing Trainee at our fast-growing email marketing agency, you will be part of a 2-month trainee program that focuses on providing you with hands-on exposure to email marketing and project management. Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to learn the fundamentals, assist in live projects, and collaborate closely with our experienced team. Based on your performance and strengths, you will have the chance to transition into a full-time role in either Email Marketing or Project Management. During your training, you will: - Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns. - Learn to utilize email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo and Omnisend. - Shadow senior team members to understand client workflows and coordination processes. - Support in managing marketing calendars, timelines, and reporting procedures. - Conduct research on various brands, markets, and campaign strategies. - Collaborate with designers and copywriters to deliver effective marketing assets. Upon completion of the training program, you will have the opportunity to follow one of the two career tracks: 1. Email Marketing (Execution + Strategy): - Manage end-to-end email campaigns, including setup and reporting. - Optimize flows, automations, and conduct A/B tests to enhance performance. - Analyze data to drive improvements in campaign effectiveness. - Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging email campaigns. 2. Project Management (Coordination + Delivery): - Take ownership of project timelines and ensure timely delivery of all project deliverables. - Coordinate between strategy, creative, and technical teams effectively. - Handle client communications and reporting requirements. - Streamline internal processes to facilitate smoother project execution. We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications: - Recent Post Graduate or MBA in Marketing. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and attention to detail. - Comfortable with both creative tasks and structured project work. - Interested in e-commerce, D2C, and digital marketing.
