Job Title: Marketing Trainee

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Trainee with strong communication skills and a working understanding of digital marketing fundamentals. This role offers hands-on exposure across content, social, campaigns, and performance tracking, along with involvement in ad-hoc branding and marketing initiatives as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing activities across social media, content, and campaigns
• Support content creation (social posts, captions, basic blogs, emailers, creative briefs)
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, SEO, performance) for campaign execution
• Track campaign performance and support basic reporting (engagement, reach, leads, CTR, etc.)
• Conduct basic market and competitor research
• Maintain content calendars and campaign trackers
• Support ad-hoc branding and marketing activities including internal branding, event support, campaign launches, and quick-turn initiatives
• Handle day-to-day marketing operations and assist with ad-hoc requirements as needed

Skills & Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, content, paid ads)
• Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, Meta is a plus
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and presentations
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
