TEDxRambaug is a non-profit organization. This is a unpaid role, aimed at providing valuable learning and networking opportunities rather than monetary compensation.

Roles & Responsibilities of Marketing Team Members:

Offline Marketing Strategy:

• Build and execute on-ground promotional campaigns.
• Develop partnerships with local communities, colleges, and organizations.
• Design creative outreach activities to enhance event visibility

Social Media Marketing Strategy:

• Plan, schedule, and manage engaging posts across platforms.
• Create trend-based content (reels, stories, static posts).
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns.

Sponsorship Research:

• Identify potential sponsors and partners.
• Draft sponsorship proposals and pitch decks.
• Maintain sponsor relationships and ensure brand value integration.
