**Job Description** To-Let Globe is looking for a Marketing Agent (on site) to manage operations in Gomtinagar - Lucknow. As the Market In-Charge, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth functioning of our property rental services by overseeing property management and facilitating communication between landlords and tenants. This full-time hybrid role is based in Lucknow with the flexibility of some work from home. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with team members to execute marketing campaigns, leading brainstorming sessions for internal and external projects. - Register vendors and properties on the company's platform. - Implement marketing strategies for brand building and lead generation in alignment with company goals. - Assist in gathering and analyzing data to derive insights about brands, competitors, and industry trends. - Contribute to lead-generation activities through media promotion, networking, trade shows, and events. - Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, extracting insights and evaluating against set objectives. **Qualifications Required:** - Must have a bike or scooty for on-field activities. - Working hours: 6 hours per day. - Salary: 10,000 (Fixed) + Incentives + Petrol Allowance. - Salary incrementation up to 22,000 after three months. *Note: The first three days will be a training period, and upon successful completion, you will be confirmed for the role.*,
