We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Strategist to lead and manage marketing initiatives. Our office provides key services including real estate project registration, compliance support, and registration extensions, and we need a marketing professional who can effectively position these offerings to builders, agents, and other stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will combine a strong understanding of marketing principles with insight into the real estate or regulatory sector. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and visibility of RERA services, helping ensure developers and agents meet their legal obligations while maintaining trust and transparency in the sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Design and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness and uptake of RERA services including project registration, compliance, and extensions.
Targeted Campaigns: Plan and execute outreach campaigns tailored to builders, promoters, agents, and consultants to promote timely compliance and registration.
Content Creation: Develop clear, compliant, and informative content for digital platforms, brochures, emailers, and public notices.
Digital Marketing: Manage SEO, social media marketing, and online advertising to reach and educate the target audience effectively.
Stakeholder Communication: Build and maintain relationships with developers, real estate associations, and legal advisors to improve engagement and feedback.
Market Research: Monitor industry trends, stakeholder needs, and competitor activities to refine marketing approaches.
Performance Tracking: Measure marketing effectiveness through key metrics and reporting tools; make data-driven decisions to optimize efforts.
Event Coordination: Support seminars, webinars, or workshops that educate the real estate community on RERA compliance and services.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; a Master’s is a plus.
3+ years of experience in service marketing, preferably in real estate, regulatory services, or government projects.
Familiarity with RERA regulations, real estate developer processes, or compliance frameworks is highly desirable.
Proficiency in digital tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM systems, etc.).
Strong communication, planning, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
