Role Overview: You will be working as a Marketing Staff member on-site, where your responsibilities will include conducting market research, devising marketing strategies, managing promotional campaigns, ensuring high-quality customer service, and contributing to sales efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to analyze trends and gather insights for informed decision-making - Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive campaigns and meet organizational goals - Manage promotional campaigns effectively to enhance brand visibility and market reach - Provide excellent customer service to engage stakeholders and ensure their satisfaction - Contribute to sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and business success Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders - Proficiency in market research to analyze trends and gather insights supporting decision-making - Experience in sales and marketing strategy to drive campaigns and achieve organizational objectives - Commitment to providing excellent customer service to ensure stakeholder engagement and satisfaction - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus Note: Freshers are encouraged to apply for this role.
