About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Staff member to support our marketing and promotional activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to execute marketing tasks efficiently. You will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline)
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for marketing activities
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
• Support in organizing events, promotions, and on-ground activities
• Maintain marketing files, documents, and databases

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a team
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, spreadsheets, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kottayam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:
