Job Summary:

Darwin Motion VFD Drives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell

    Darwin Motion VFD Drives

    to

    OEMs, machine builders, panel builders, and system integrators

    .
  • Identify and develop

    new business opportunities

    in target markets such as food processing, packaging, HVAC, pumps, and automation.
  • Conduct

    field visits

    to potential and existing clients for product demonstrations and relationship building.
  • Prepare and deliver

    sales presentations, quotations, and proposals

    .
  • Maintain

    daily and weekly sales activity reports

    and customer databases.
  • Assist in

    marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events

    .
  • Coordinate with the

    technical team

    for product support, installation, and customer feedback.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly

    sales targets

    set by the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / MBA
  • Experience:

    01 year (Freshers with strong interest in technical sales are welcome).
  • Languages:

    • Fluent in

      English

      (written and spoken).
    • Knowledge of

      local languages

      is mandatory.
  • Personality:

    • Smart, confident, and presentable.
    • Excellent

      communication and interpersonal skills

      .
    • Strong

      customer handling and negotiation skills

      .
    • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Other Requirements:

    • Must have a

      two-wheeler or 4-wheeler and valid driving license

      for local travel.
    • Basic knowledge of

      electrical panels, motors, and drives

      will be an advantage.
