Marketing / Sales Manager

Role Overview: You will be joining as a Sales Manager in our growing team based in Bangalore. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing sales operations, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to meet sales targets. You will be expected to identify new business opportunities, collaborate with manufacturers, lead negotiations, and implement effective sales plans. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Identify new business opportunities and collaborations with manufacturers - Lead negotiations and close sales deals effectively - Achieve or exceed sales targets consistently Qualification Required: - Experience in Sales Strategy, Lead Generation, and Relationship Management - Skills in Negotiation, Customer Communication, and Goal-Oriented Sales Approach - Familiarity with Food Processing Machinery and equipment, or knowledge of the industry - Strong organisational skills, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making capability - Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading successful teams - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field; MBA is a plus - Comfortable working in an on-site role in Bengaluru - Willingness to travel as required for client meetings or industry-related events,
