We are seeking a Telemarketer/Cold Caller for our recruitment agency to generate leads and sales in non IT Market. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, promoting our services, reaching sales targets, and collaborating with the sales team. Requirements include experience in telemarketing, excellent communication skills, and Negotiation skills. Week 5 days (Mon-Fri). Full Time 10am-6pm Experience - Mini 06th Month experience.
Detailed Job Description & Job Responsibilities-Roles & Responsibilities:
Cold-call prospective clients and introduce our Recruitments services & convert them in Leads. Identify potential clients and set up Virtual OR F2F appointments. Follow up with leads through phone and email, WhatsApp. Reach and exceed daily, weekly & monthly targets. Maintain accurate records of all sales and leads generated. Collaborate with the Seniors to develop new strategies for lead generation Provide feedback and recommendations for improving the sales process Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
Required Skills -
Interest & comfort with telemarketing and cold calling & a passion for sales & success. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Have own laptop with a high-speed internet connection.
