Job Title : Marketing & Pre-Sales Executive

Location : Remote

As a Marketing & Pre-Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales cycle and driving business growth. You will work closely with internal teams to design and execute marketing campaigns, prepare proposals, and support pre-sales activities. This role demands strong communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to convert client requirements into compelling solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand presence and generate leads.
  • Develop impactful marketing collaterals, case studies, presentations, and whitepapers.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Monitor marketing analytics and prepare reports on campaign outcomes.

Email Campaigns:

  • Manage end-to-end email campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Optimize campaigns for better open rates, click-through rates, and lead generation.

Event Coordination:

  • Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person events, webinars, and client workshops to enhance engagement and visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event execution.
  • Track event effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Pre-Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and business presentations.
  • Understand client requirements and design tailored solution offerings.
  • Support solution demos, walkthroughs, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure technical feasibility of solutions.

Client Engagement:

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand business needs and challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain organized records of proposals, marketing activities, and client interactions.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on marketing and pre-sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing & Pre-Sales, preferably in IT/Technology services.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and proposal development.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B IT/Software marketing.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools.
  • Exposure to international client engagements.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting dashboards
