What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services.Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design. Braze is a customer engagement platform for multichannel marketing. Understand the delivery of platform capabilities for clients from architect, solutioning, development, testing. ?Skilled in documenting QA processes, test cases, and resolution steps to maintain team knowledge and audit trails.
Familiarity with ticketing/request management systems, ensuring detailed, timely updates and status tracking. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, data, development, project management). Capable of following defined SOPs, checklists, and Desktop Procedures to ensure consistency and quality in campaign builds.
What are we looking for? ?Hands-on experience with Braze, including journey workflows, audience segmentation, dynamic content, and landing page management. Solid understanding of campaign execution processes, covering multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, Direct Mail, Social, Paid). Strong quality assurance (QA) skills with the ability to thoroughly test campaign components, data queries, and workflows for functionality and accuracy. Proficiency in data validation, ensuring correct audience targeting, segmentation logic, and personalization in campaign setup. Experience with automation and journey testing, verifying correct message flow and audience progression through lifecycle campaigns. Working knowledge of SQL and JavaScript to support technical validation and troubleshoot campaign-related issues. Understanding of marketing automation principles, including triggers, scheduled sends, and engagement-based logic. Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and assist in identifying opportunities for campaign optimization. Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities to resolve technical or configuration issues during QA cycles. Adherence to data privacy regulations, anti-spam laws, and industry best practices for campaign
