Job Description

Role Overview: As a Marketing Platform Auto Senior Analyst at Accenture, your main focus will be to drive marketing performance by utilizing your deep functional and technical expertise. You will play a crucial role in balancing increased marketing complexity with diminishing marketing resources. Your responsibilities will include accelerating time-to-market and enhancing operating efficiencies at scale through the utilization of Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services, and Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Key Responsibilities: - Create and design Digital Marketing Ads & Promotions using Braze, a customer engagement platform for multichannel marketing - Understand and deliver platform capabilities for clients, including architecting, solutioning, developing, and testing - Document QA processes, test cases, and resolution steps to maintain team knowledge and audit trails - Utilize ticketing/request management systems for detailed, timely updates and status tracking - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders such as marketing, data, development, and project management teams - Follow defined SOPs, checklists, and Desktop Procedures to ensure consistency and quality in campaign builds - Utilize automation and journey testing, as well as working knowledge of SQL and JavaScript for technical validation and troubleshooting campaign-related issues - Understand marketing automation principles, campaign performance metrics, and campaign optimization opportunities - Apply problem-solving and debugging abilities for resolving technical or configuration issues during QA cycles - Gain hands-on experience with Braze, covering journey workflows, audience segmentation, dynamic content, and landing page management - Execute multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, Direct Mail, Social, Paid) with proficiency in data validation for correct audience targeting, segmentation logic, and personalization in campaign setup Qualifications Required: - Skilled in documenting QA processes, test cases, and resolution steps - Familiarity with ticketing/request management systems - Excellent collaboration and communication skills - Capable of following defined SOPs, checklists, and Desktop Procedures - Experience with automation and journey testing - Working knowledge of SQL and JavaScript - Understanding of marketing automation principles, campaign performance metrics, and campaign optimization opportunities - Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities - Proficiency in data validation to ensure correct audience targeting, segmentation logic, and personalization in campaign setup,
