Marketing Planning Manager - GI Optima

As a Marketing and Sales Strategist for the organization, your main purpose is to implement effective marketing and sales strategies for the organization's key products/services, ensuring the achievement of sales and market share targets. You will be responsible for overseeing the development, pricing, and launch of new products, as well as monitoring sales performance and advertising campaigns. Your key responsibilities will include conducting thorough market research, analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for the product/service. You will also evaluate product performance and customer feedback to generate innovative product ideas that meet customer needs. Collaborating with other departments such as production and R&D will be essential to implement product/service changes effectively. In this role, you will be required to prepare sales forecasts and budgets, monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts, and adapt marketing plans to enhance the sales performance of the product/service. Working closely with advertising and promotions specialists, you will design and implement sales campaigns and collateral that resonate with the target audience and drive sales effectively. To excel in this position, you should hold at least an Associates Degree (13 years) or a Masters Degree (18 years) in Engineering. Additionally, a minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing and sales is required to successfully fulfill the demands of this role.,
