Job Description

As a Lead Generation Executive, your role will involve generating high-quality leads through listings on portals like 99acres, MagicBricks, and Housing.com. You will be responsible for uploading and managing property listings on various platforms to ensure accuracy, visual appeal, and regular updates for maximum engagement. Monitoring portal analytics, lead inflow, and collaborating with Sales and Telesales teams to highlight key selling points will be crucial tasks. Experimenting with different listing formats, images, and placements to enhance lead conversion rates will also be part of your responsibilities. Maintaining listing logs and dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools, as well as staying updated with trends on real estate portals, are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Generate high-quality leads through listings on portals like 99acres, MagicBricks, and Housing.com - Upload and manage property listings on portals while ensuring accuracy and regular updates - Monitor portal analytics to track performance and identify optimization opportunities - Coordinate with Sales and Telesales teams to gather inventory information and highlight key selling points - Experiment with listing formats, copy, images, and premium placements to improve lead conversion - Maintain listing logs and dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools - Stay up to date with trends and features on leading real estate portals Qualifications Required: - Graduate degree (BBA, B.Com, or equivalent) - Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies - Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Comfort with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and basic CRM platforms - A good blend of analytical thinking and creative experimentation - Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively In addition to the key responsibilities and qualifications, the role offers benefits such as provided food and health insurance.
