As a Lead Generation Executive, your role will involve generating high-quality leads through listings on portals like 99acres, MagicBricks, and Housing.com. You will be responsible for uploading and managing property listings on various platforms to ensure accuracy, visual appeal, and regular updates for maximum engagement. Monitoring portal analytics, lead inflow, and collaborating with Sales and Telesales teams to highlight key selling points will be crucial tasks. Experimenting with different listing formats, images, and placements to enhance lead conversion rates will also be part of your responsibilities. Maintaining listing logs and dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools, as well as staying updated with trends on real estate portals, are essential for success in this role.
