Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

• Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Identify local and regional market trends to design effective promotional campaigns.
• Allocate and manage marketing budgets efficiently.

2. Campaign Management

• Plan, organize, and execute

• Coordinate with advertising agencies, media partners, and vendors for creative execution.
• Ensure timely rollout of campaigns across print, digital, outdoor, and social media platforms.

3. Branding & Visual Merchandising

• Maintain brand consistency across all promotional materials and customer touch points.
• Support the design and setup of showroom branding, hoardings, banners, and display materials.
• Work closely with design teams for high-quality creatives and visuals.

4. Digital & Social Media Marketing

• Monitor and manage digital campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.).
• Collaborate with digital teams to drive engagement and lead generation.
• Track campaign performance using analytics and prepare detailed performance reports.

5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

• Conduct regular competitor analysis to understand pricing, promotions, and market positioning.
• Gather customer insights and feedback to refine marketing strategies.

6. Public Relations & Events

• Organize jewellery exhibitions, product launches, and influencer collaborations.
• Build and maintain relationships with media houses and community partners.

7. Team Coordination

• Lead and guide junior marketing executives or showroom marketing staff.
• Collaborate with the sales, operations, and HR departments to achieve common goals.

Preferred Candidates from Jewellery & Retail Industry with minimum experience of 4 to 5 years.
