Marketing Manager(Male)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager for on-field marketing activities in the Kollur area. The ideal candidate will have experience in field marketing, lead generation, and customer outreach. You will be responsible for promoting our services, engaging with potential customers, and building brand presence locally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-ground marketing and promotional activities in the Kollur area.
• Visit schools, apartments, gated communities, and public spaces to generate leads.
• Explain product/service offerings to potential customers and collect inquiries.
• Distribute marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and banners.
• Organize and support local events, campaigns, and activations.
• Track and report daily field activity and lead data to the marketing manager.
• Coordinate with the internal team for follow-ups and lead conversion.
• Represent the brand professionally and maintain strong customer relations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or promotional activities (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily field tasks efficiently.
• Must be comfortable with local travel in and around Kollur.
• Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is an advantage.
• Own two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Local candidates or those familiar with Kollur and surrounding areas will be given preference.
• Previous experience in real estate, education, or service-based industries is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
