Requirements

Education in Marketing. Education in technical area will be added benefit.

Experience in marketing activities & handling social media is required. Experience of selling / application in cutting tools / machine tools / grinding wheels/ manufacturing Industry will be added benefit.

Excellent communication skills.

Good interpersonal skills, team player.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

More than 5 years experience.

Language English, Hindi language, Regional Indian language will be added benefit.

Tasks, responsibilities, competences

• Preparation and management of advertisements, editorials, press releases, technical articles, customer case studies, interviews and advertorials in digital and print media platforms like various industrial magazines and their digital platforms and coordinating with their editorial teams for required corrections, changes and proof reading.
• Manage brand visibility through social media.
• Support and guide Business Partners for their marketing needs / websites / banners / posters etc.
• Preparation, designing & implementation of visuals for end customers in order to ensure proper brand visibility at machine shop floors in coordination with team @ HQ.
• Regular updation of news of important events related to marketing on Intranet and Blaser Swisslube global website.
• Overall responsibility of Participation in Machine Tool Exhibitions, Regional & Area Seminars, Productivity Trophy, Open Houses & Joint Seminars with IP etc.,
• Managing the inventory and movement of marketing and promotional items like various brochures, product flyers and giveaways.
• Coordination with the Global HQ- Brand & Communication team for various tasks related to creatives & designing customized advertisements and editorials.
• Support to sales team with effective communications related to various requirements.
• Ensuring to receive respect from the market/ industry through proper brand management & positioning with the help of various available platforms.
• Following the companys strategy in order to align the speech/ commitments delivery to customers with company’s global approach.
• Preparing and delivering the corporate & customized technical presentations to end users in order to uplift the perception of industry about the Blaser Swisslube from coolant supplier to an investment partner.
• Training colleagues on brand guidelines (PPT, logo etc.)
