We are looking for a high-performing Marketing Manager (8- 15 years) to lead our marketing function for both IT services and our in-house Digital HRMS product.
The role requires strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, product marketing, and lead generation. The candidate will build the companys marketing roadmap, drive global brand visibility, manage campaigns, and deliver measurable marketing outcomes aligned with business goals.
Digital Marketing (SEO/SEM, Paid Ads, Performance Marketing) Social Media Strategy & Management Branding & Communication Product Marketing (Preferably HRMS / SaaS) Market Research & Competitor Analysis Content Strategy (Blogs, Case Studies, Videos, Whitepapers) Lead Generation & Campaign Management Marketing Automation (HubSpot / Zoho / Mailchimp etc.) Analytics & Reporting Team & Agency Management
Manage PR, external communication, and press releases.
Plan and execute events, webinars, HR/MS conferences, and industry forums.
Build and nurture marketing partnerships and agency relationships.
Mentor and guide the internal marketing team to achieve quarterly targets.
