Marketing Manager

You will be stepping into the role of Marketing Manager at Tata Italia S.p.A., a company specializing in retail and digital footwear and accessories, based in Bitonto (BA). As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance visibility and positioning in the market. Your tasks will include creating marketing plans, content editorial plans, promotional campaigns, and collaborating with the Sales Department to align marketing activities with commercial objectives. Your qualifications should include a degree in Marketing, with a preference for candidates who have completed a specialized Master's program in the relevant field. Previous experience in a similar role, particularly within retail environments, is desired. Strong leadership skills are essential for managing and coordinating teams effectively. Proficiency in operational and digital marketing, as well as familiarity with communication tools and graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, will be advantageous. Additionally, a good command of English is required. Your responsibilities will involve crafting annual marketing plans to boost visibility, creating editorial and promotional content for various communication channels, and executing promotional activities in line with the Sales Department's directives. You will also be involved in competitive positioning assessments through geomarketing activities, preparing marketing materials for retail outlets, supporting sales teams on product marketing, and producing visual content for both print and digital media.
