Job Description Marketing Manager/Executive Experience Required: 4+ years Location: Hyderabad Office Location (India) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager/Executive with over 4+ years of proven experience in executing and managing marketing campaigns, preferably within Marketing agencies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in digital marketing, client management, campaign execution, and performance analysis, with the ability to handle multiple projects across diverse industries. Key Responsibilities: ¢ Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (Digital, Social Media, SEO, PPC, Email, etc.). Work closely with internal teams and clients to develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns, including briefing creative teams, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring timely delivery. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM platforms; generate actionable insights and reports. ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Develop and manage content calendars, creatives, and promotional activities for client brands. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, sales) to ensure campaign success. Manage client relationships, understand their goals, and provide strategic recommendations. Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: ¢ ¢ Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). 4+ years of experience in digital marketing/brand marketing, with at least 2+ years in a marketing agency environment. ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), SEO, SEM, and Email Marketing. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM platforms). Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
