Job Description

Marketing Manager

Area of Responsibility

1. Social Media Management (must have)

Develop and manage the content calendar for all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube etc.)
Write engaging posts, create campaigns, and grow follower base organically
Monitor trends and stay updated with platform algorithm changes
Work with designers for graphics and creatives

2. Email & Newsletter Campaigns (must have)

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for product updates, promotions, and announcements
Write and optimize content for monthly newsletters
Manage subscriber segments and performance tracking (open rates, CTR, conversions)

3. Customer Onboarding & Communication (must have)

Develop onboarding email sequences and welcome kits for new customers
Ensure timely and personalized communication at each stage of the customer lifecycle
Work with product and customer success teams to streamline onboarding experience

4. Brand & Marketing Collaterals

Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communications
Create content case studies Video Testimonial
Product Presentation and Brochure
Community Rating Management
Press Release

5. Campaign Analytics & Optimization

Track and report performance of campaigns across channels
Use insights to refine strategies and improve engagement metrics
A/B test subject lines, formats, and send times for email campaigns

Qualification:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Experience:

Candidate should have minimum 810 Years
