Location: Plant Location - Howrah, West Bengal Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month Job Type: Full-time | On-site About Us We are a newly established solar panel manufacturing company committed to delivering high-quality and efficient solar solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. As a new entrant in the market, we are looking for a proactive, experienced, and well-connected Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and help us build a strong presence in the solar industry. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute B2B and B2C marketing strategies tailored for the solar industry Identify and generate leads in domestic and international solar markets Build and manage strong relationships with EPC contractors, distributors, government agencies, and renewable energy companies Represent the company at solar exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry conferences Handle brand positioning, product promotions, and digital marketing efforts Coordinate with the production and technical teams to align marketing with capabilities and timelines Prepare regular marketing reports and insights for the management team Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in the solar or renewable energy sector Strong network and established contacts within the solar/renewable ecosystem Proven track record in B2B marketing, lead generation, and relationship building Knowledge of current market trends, government schemes, and solar policy frameworks Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (any regional language is a plus) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Renewable Energy, Engineering, or a related field What We Offer Competitive salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000/month depending on experience Opportunity to build the marketing foundation from scratch Work directly with the founder and leadership team High growth potential as the business scales A dynamic, purpose-driven work environment focused on clean energy How to Apply Please submit your updated resume with a short cover note describing your relevant experience in the solar industry and key contacts you’ve developed.
