Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:

    Plan, execute, and manage both ATL (Above-the-Line), BTL (Below-the-Line), and digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media.
  • Social Media Strategy:

    Design, build, and maintain a strong presence across social media platforms. Drive engagement and growth through effective content and advertising strategies.
  • Vendor Management:

    Coordinate with external vendors, negotiate quotations, and oversee the timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
  • Collaboration:

    Work with internal teams to develop landing pages, optimize user experiences, and ensure a cohesive marketing strategy across all digital platforms.
  • Experimentation & Optimization:

    Plan, execute, and measure marketing experiments and conversion tests to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Performance Reporting:

    Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Brand Management:

    Oversee the company's branding efforts, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints (office visuals, employee branding, and marketing materials).
  • New Business Marketing:

    Develop and execute marketing strategies for new business ventures, ensuring effective promotion and communication.
  • PR & Communication:

    Lead PR efforts and manage communications related to company developments, new projects, and corporate announcements.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Requirements:

    • MBA in Marketing
  • Experience:

    • 3 to 8 years of experience in marketing, particularly in ATL, BTL, digital marketing, and brand management.
    • Proven experience in onboarding and exit management of marketing campaigns.
    • Strong experience in driving end-to-end marketing campaigns across various platforms.
    • Hands-on experience with tools like Adobe, Photoshop, Canva, and Google Ads.
    • Ability to create engaging content including videos, audio, jingles, and radio commercials (FM).
    • Expertise in digital marketing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
    • Networking & Partnerships:

      Well-connected with top advertising agencies, media publications, and vendors.
    • Communication Skills:

      Strong communication skills, with the ability to drive marketing campaigns and coordinate events successfully.
