The Manager Marketing will be responsible for leading the marketing function across all the company projects both residential and commercialwhile strengthening the corporate brand presence. The role demands a professional who understands the complete marketing and project launch life cycle, can integrate strategic marketing initiatives with sales objectives, and can deliver measurable results through media buying, PR, events, and performance marketing.
The candidate will lead a small in-house team (Creative Designer, MIS Executive, and Marketing Assistant) while coordinating with external agencies, channel partners, and vendors to ensure impactful campaigns from conception to execution.
Develop and execute 360 marketing strategies for each project launch, ensuring alignment with sales objectives. Create annual and quarterly marketing plans for corporate branding and project-specific campaigns. Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and positioning strategies, especially in the commercial real estate segment.
Oversee all marketing activities from pre-launch teasers to post-possession sustenance campaigns. Coordinate with sales, design, and legal teams to prepare marketing materials, brochures, creatives, and digital content. Ensure all campaign timelines are met with precision, maintaining quality and brand consistency.
Strengthen Groups corporate identity across all channels print, digital, outdoor, PR, and events. Maintain and enhance brand guidelines to ensure uniform messaging across all projects. Liaise with PR agencies to secure media coverage and brand visibility in premium publications and platforms.
Plan and monitor digital campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media, Display, SEO, Email, WhatsApp marketing) for lead generation and brand awareness. Track KPIs and ROI for all campaigns, optimizing spends for maximum efficiency. Coordinate with agencies for landing pages, creative content, and performance dashboards.
Negotiate and finalize media buying deals for print, outdoor, radio, and digital platforms. Build and maintain relationships with creative agencies, media houses, and printing vendors. Ensure marketing budgets are managed effectively without compromising on impact.
Plan and execute project launches, possession ceremonies, channel partner meets, and investor networking events. Coordinate all logistics, branding, and communication for events. Ensure events reflect the Groups premium positioning.
Supervise and mentor a small marketing team (Creative Designer, MIS Executive, Marketing Assistant). Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing campaigns support lead generation and conversion targets. Provide regular reports to management on campaign performance, budgets, and market insights.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate marketing, with mandatory exposure to commercial real estate.
Proven track record of managing end-to-end marketing life cycles for real estate projects.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, media planning, and PR strategies.
Exceptional skills in vendor management, budgeting, and negotiation.
Ability to lead a small team and work collaboratively across departments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and campaign metrics.
