Job Title: Marketing Manager Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

  1. Mandate Project-Specific Social Media

    • Create engagement creatives for projects
    • Weekly updates including reels, progress photos, promotions.
  2. Channel Partner Engagement

    • Monthly content creation to engage CPs (partner success stories, incentives).
  3. Lead Generation via CRM

    • Design & integrate lead forms on website/social platforms.
    • Coordinate lead journey and ensure lead quality tracking.
  4. Analytics & Reporting

    • Share monthly insights on digital reach, CTRs, engagement, conversions.
  5. Website Management & SEO

    • Monthly updates to website content and implementation of SEO strategies.
    • Improve keyword rankings and site performance.
  6. Brand Engagement Plan

    • Develop and execute monthly marketing calendars
  7. Social Media Content Creation

    • 12 static posts and 4 reels per month per brand (property showcases, testimonials, company culture, etc.).
  8. Blog Writing & Distribution

    • Weekly blogs on LinkedIn and other platforms (market updates, founder insights).
  9. Podcast Coordination

    • Coordinate recording and publishing of monthly podcast featuring MD.
  10. Event Marketing

    • Plan and promote 1 virtual/in-person event per quarter.
  11. Email Marketing Campaigns

    • Design and execute newsletters and nurturing campaigns.
  12. Video Production Coordination

    • Manage creation of project walkthroughs and brand videos (1/project/quarter).
  13. Design Collaterals for Launch

    • Coordinate design of brochures, hoardings, digital launch creatives for projects.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, or equivalent.
  • 2–7 years’ experience in performance marketing, preferably in real estate.
  • Proficient with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO tools, Corel Draw, Canva, basic video editing.
  • Strong creative and analytical skills.

Compensation

  • CTC Range:

    35,000 – 45,000 per month
