Marketing Manager

We are seeking a senior-level Marketing Manager to lead the companys marketing efforts in India while also supporting international business development. The role requires deep expertise in B2B industrial marketing, especially in sectors such as power generation, HVAC, and commercial infrastructure. This is a strategic position reporting to the VP of Sales & Business Growth, and it involves close collaboration with both the India sales team and the global business development team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for India, aligned with company’s global objectives. Support India sales activities by generating qualified leads and equipping the team with localized marketing tools and materials. Assist the international business team with marketing initiatives for targeted regions (Middle East, Europe, Southeast Asia and USA). Drive lead generation campaigns and enhance visibility in key verticals, especially power plants, cooling towers, and industrial facilities. Manage company’s digital presence: website, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and LinkedIn campaigns. Plan and manage participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and sustainability forums. Produce engaging content including brochures, case studies, presentations, and videos. Conduct competitor and market analysis to refine positioning and strategy. Track and report on marketing performance and return on investment. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in energy, water treatment, HVAC, or industrial technology sectors. Proven success supporting both local sales teams and international business expansion. Strong communication and content creation skills in English. Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems and analytics platforms. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. A passion for sustainability, innovation, and clean technologies is a strong advantage.
