Marketing Manager - Online + BTL

You are an experienced Marketing professional with a minimum of 3-6 years of overall experience, specifically 2-3 years in Real Estate, and hold an MBA in Marketing. Your expertise includes both Online and Offline marketing strategies. Your main responsibility will be to assist in planning, coordinating, executing, and optimizing online and offline marketing efforts. You should be passionate about marketing and technology, with a solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and leveraging the Internet for revenue growth. Your role will involve brainstorming growth strategies, monitoring campaign budgets, preparing performance reports, and coordinating with internal and external teams for campaign success. Key requirements for this role include hands-on technical knowledge of Google GDN, AdWords, Facebook, and social media campaigns. You should also be proficient in managing social media platforms, analyzing website traffic metrics, and updating website content. Additionally, deploying performance marketing campaigns to generate leads, engaging with digital marketing agencies, and keeping up with industry trends are crucial aspects of this position. The ideal candidate should possess a Master's degree in marketing or a related field, with 4-6 years of experience in writing for the real estate audience. Strong communication, creativity, analytical, and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in social media platforms, website analytics, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required. Moreover, staying updated on digital marketing trends and technologies, and demonstrating leadership in managing marketing campaigns across various channels are key qualifications.
