Marketing Manager

As an experienced Marketing Manager for spice products, your role will involve developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, sales growth, and engaging campaigns for the target audience. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for brand positioning, product launches, and promotional activities. - Manage and enhance the brand image across all marketing channels. - Create marketing campaigns for new and existing spice products, including product positioning, pricing, and promotions. - Utilize digital channels like social media, email, and content marketing for customer engagement, brand awareness, and sales. - Conduct market research to understand consumer trends and preferences, and apply insights to marketing strategies. - Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance measurement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams like sales, product development, and supply chain for alignment and maximum impact. Requirements: - 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
